Have you guys noticed that moshpyt doesn't respond to any emails you send even on their social platforms it's like everything was left to a bot and no actual customer support is provided. I feel like that is the part that need improving. E.g I've sent countless emails and dms about my funds being on pending for 5 days with no response or assistance it's really frustrating because for some of us this is our full time job and we cannot afford having inconveniences like this
